Prices corresponding to an extra bed depend on the 3rd person's age:

| between 5 and 15 years old | + 30% |
| above 15 years old | +40% |
If the bedroom is occupied by a single person, the price will have a 10% reduction.
Prices include breakfast and taxes.
Booking conditions and cancellation:
Credit cards: Not accepted
Reservations may be confirmed by the pre payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay.
Cancellation: If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to check-in the 50% pre-payment will
not be refunded
No show: 100% of the stay
