Prices corresponding to an extra bed depend on the 3rd person's age:
| under 5 years old | +10% |
| between 5 and 15 years old | + 30% |
| above 15 years old | +40% |
Baby crib available - free of charge.
If the bedroom is occupied by a single person, the price will have a 10% reduction.
Prices include breakfast and taxes.
Sign's return policy:
a) There will be a full refund in case of an annulation/cancellation of the reservation that happens one or more months of notice.
b) If these annulations happen one month or earlier than the date of the reservation, we will restitute 30% of the value of the warranty.
c) If these annulations happen one week or less before the date of reservation, a refund of 20% of the warranty, will be in order.
d) On the day before or day of reservation, there is no place for restitution of the warranty.
e) In case of a shorter stay, without notice, there will be no restitution from the warranty and one must pay the number of days in which he has occupied the room (s).
